>> Where's my order?

We do our very best to ship all in stock orders within 3 business days, usually sooner, except after a big sale.  Check your email spam folder, you will be sent an email once your order ships which includes the tracking number.  If none of these apply please contact us and we'll let you know the status.

If your order included any preorder items, please see our Preorder Policy.

>> The items I just ordered are on sale now, will you honor that sale price?

Unfortunately we cannot honor that sale price.  We suggest you sign up for our newsletter so you know when we have a big sale.  Also make sure you add newsletters@brewstitched.com to your contacts list to avoid newsletters going to your Spam folder.

>> What is your Preorder Policy?

Expected Arrival Dates
BrewStitched offers preorder on most of our upcoming fabric collection.  The expected ship date is always listed as the month and date, which is an estimate given to us by our vendors.  These dates are subject to change and we will do our best to keep you informed.  For example if the Preorder date is March 2020, we expect to receive that fabric by the end of the month of March, but it can be delayed into April or longer.  If there is a problem with the preordered items, we will contact you immediately upon finding out and give you a new ETA if we know.
Ordering Preorder Items
Please order your preorder items separately as your order will not ship until all items are in stock.

>> What if I order Preorder items with in stock items and I want my in stock items now?

Yes!  We charge an additional $5 shipping charge for US orders in this case.  Please contact us to make arrangements.

>> Can I cancel my order or Preorder?

Usually we can accommodate a cancellation within 3 days of order.  If it's a special order which includes prepayment, then we will not be able to cancel your order.  If we have already started to process your order we may not be able to cancel.   All cancellation may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the situation.  Please contact us to find out more information.

>> My shipment is delayed or lost can I get a refund?

We are not responsible for delays in shipping once it's left our shop.  USPS/UPS/Fedex delays are not grounds for a refund.  We make every effort to get your in stock product out the door in 1 to 2 business days and after that we have no control.  You can expect delays due to Covid 19 from the carriers, but not from BrewStitched.  Therefore no refunds on delayed or lost items.

Thank you so much for your order. 

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to send unwashed/unused merchandise (fabric must be 1 yard or more) back for a refund.  Please contact us to arrange your return.

PLEASE NOTE:  The cost of returning will be your responsibility.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
In order to join the program, just click “Create a store account”. Once you have done it, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points.
HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
You can earn points by completing actions listed in rewards tab. Just click on “Earn BrewStitched Bucks” tab to see the list of activities available for you to take part.
HOW CAN I SPEND MY POINTS?
It’s very simple and straightforward. Just click on “Get Rewards” tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can greatly boost your savings.
